Amalaki Ekadashi celebrated on the 11th day (Ekadashi) of the waxing
phase of the moon, in the Hindu month Phalgun that falls in the month of
(Feb-March). In 2015, It will be celebrated on 1st March.
How People keep fast on Amlaki Ekadhshi
The devotees take a bath in the morning. After that they water the Amla tree and then worship it. Devotees then read Amlaki Ekadashi Vrat Katha. Thereafter they donate alms to the beggars to seek their blessings.
